Getting Started Isn’t the Hardest Part

Some people say day one is the hardest. ⁣

I respectfully disagree

Getting yourself to believe you deserve it, is the hardest part.⁣

As women we are trained to be good to others, but not as much good to ourselves. We see it every day, women running themselves ragged to keep up with everyone else’s expectations.⁣

I said this to a friend of mine today and I’m sure others need to hear it as well; you have to put the oxygen mask on yourself before you can help others!⁣

𝗜𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗹-𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁!! ⁣

𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝘂𝗽 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁! ⁣

Taking care of yourself is the absolute minimum you should be doing!⁣

𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗽 saying you don’t have time! ⁣

If you honestly don’t have time to take care of yourself, the things that should be on the chopping block are not working out, fueling your body, and investing in rest.⁣

𝗧𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗲 – 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗯𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗺 𝗻𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗴𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀!!!⁣
