Knowing what to eat, when to eat, and how much to eat is the hardest battle. Going to the gym or pressing play — your workout is all figured out for you. The nutrition side is harder, right?

What if I told you that it’s not. Just like having a solution to your fitness needs, my bootcamps have a solution to your nutrition needs as well!! Getting back to the basic, eating clean and having portion control.

Not only am I starting a new fitness program come Monday, but I am also starting a nee nutrition program. It’s one I’ve dipped my toes in, but have never jumped all the way into.
