New Program: Barre Blend

Barre Blend is a low-impact, high-intensity, and high-energy workout program from barre expert, professional dancer, and 3 Week Yoga Retreat co-creator Elise Joan.  

Barre Blend helps create a lean, toned physique through a fun fusion of ballet barre, Pilates, and cardio interval training. It incorporates a variety of techniques rooted in dance, focused on high-reps of small-range movements, dynamic exercises, core stabilization and active stretches, all while keeping your heart rate up. You’ll feel the burn as you sweat, stretch, and strengthen to energize your entire body. Get ready to feel graceful, strong, and gorgeous in just 60 days.

Program Details

  • November 25: Sample Workout Available
  • December 3-15: Coach Exclusive Window to purchase early access
  • December 16: Customer window to purchase VIP early access
  • January 13: VIP Early Access streaming begins
  • Workout Length: 40+ unique workouts, 30-40 minutes a day
  • Workout Modifier: Yes
  • Equipment: 1-5 lb. weights. Resistance Loops and Barre Socks are optional. No ballet barre required. You can use any sturdy household object at the right height (such as a chair, sofa, countertop).
  • Audio & Subtitles in English, Spanish, and French
  • Fitness Level: Beginner/Intermediate
